MTH 300 - Business Algebra The course consists of a continuation of the Algebra sequence. Topics include systems of equations, functions and graphs, radical expressions, rational exponents, complex numbers, and logarithms.

Prerequisite(s): MTH 090.
Outcomes
- Manipulate radical, exponential, logarithmic expressions, and complex numbers
- Construct and interpret algebraic models to describe real-life situations
- Graph relations and functions using the rectangular coordinate system
- Solve rational, radical and quadratic equations
- Solve systems of equations in two or three variables using basic and advanced methods
- Manipulate composite, inverse, absolute value functions and inequalities
- Solve exponential and logarithmic functions.
