MGT 420 - Process Maturity

Process creation and improvement are critical for sustainability and resiliency. Successful organizations embrace efficient process creation, process improvement and process maturity. This course will explore process improvement and maturity.

MGT 418 .

Outcomes
  • Assess a process maturity level in order to determine which maturity model will maximize a maturing process.
  • Identify the progression of steps to get to the ideal state of process maturity.
  • Facilitate process maturity through change management and other leadership skills.
