MGT 521 - Foundations of Supply Chain Management This course introduces the key concepts, strategies, and practices of supply chain management. Students will explore the components of supply chain operations, including procurement, production, distribution, and logistics, and learn how to optimize these elements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
