MGT 765 - High Performance Leadership High-performance leaders strive to achieve exceptional results over an extended timeframe. This leadership style is most effective when a leader commits to the development of their own personal abilities, enabling vigilance, resilience, and responsiveness in the face of challenges or opportunities. High performing leaders must manage their minds, their emotions, hone their time management skills, and impart these skill sets to their employees. A high-performance leadership style requires a sincere and deep commitment to be reactive, flexible, and to continually develop key leadership capabilities.
