TAX 406 - Taxation of Business Entities This course explores the principles and practices of federal income taxation as applied to business entities. It focuses on the taxation of corporations, partnerships, S corporations, and limited liability companies (LLCs), emphasizing tax compliance, planning, and decision-making.
