ACC 316 - Tools for Accounting Analytics This course prepares students to identify proper accounting information for business decision making. Students will also learn to propose data-driven business solutions based on accounting sources.

Outcomes
- Apply the AMPS Model to solve accounting problems using data analytics.
- Analyze accounting scenarios using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Evaluate and utilize accounting data through tools such as Excel, databases, and data visualization software.
- Interpret financial information using core accounting techniques and analyses.
- Create and complete data-driven projects from question development to communication of findings.
