MGT 404 - Human Resource Management This course examines the managing and interrelating of people within an organization. Students discuss the process of selecting people to meet job requirements; responsibility for improving both the capabilities of people to perform their roles and their responsiveness to the needs of the organization; and how to develop efficient managers.
