MGT 600 - Leading a Resilient & Diverse Workforce This course explores the knowledge and skills necessary for leading and managing organizations. Expanding from foundational understandings of individual and group behavior, students will analyze the components of effective leadership. Applying a systems-based perspective, students will also investigate their own leadership potential as they evaluate the functions, roles, methodologies, and skills involved in leading and managing contemporary organizations.
