BTC 590 - Strategic Resilience Capstone The Strategic Resilience Capstone is the culminating experience of the MBA program, designed to integrate and apply knowledge across all core areas of business. Through a comprehensive project, students will assess an organization’s strategic posture and develop actionable, evidence-based strategies to improve resilience, innovation, and sustainable performance. Students will demonstrate mastery of communication, critical thinking, technological competency, and ethical leadership. The course emphasizes the application of management science principles, data analysis, and organizational frameworks to solve complex business problems.
